Andrew is the ex-Director of Media of Sky, where for eight years he led the media operations for the UK’s largest advertiser, and for three years held leadership roles in Sky’s advertising sales business, Sky Media. He started his career in advertising and has extensive media agency planning experience from 14 years at Saatchi & Saatchi, Dentsu and Omnicom.
Andrew was also member of the ISBA Executive Committee for five years and regular speaker at industry conferences on topics such as the role of media specialists within advertiser organisations, client-agency relationships and media transparency.
Scott Moorhead Managing Partner
Scott founded the business in 2016 and continues to be a leading figure in championing positive change in the media industry. Over the last 7 years he has provided guidance to many of the world’s leading advertisers in how they set themselves up for success in media.
Before Aperto, he spent 15 years’ gaining experience agency side, leading teams across planning and investment teams at Omnicom, Publicis and Havas. Scott is a respected media practitioner and digital strategist, with expertise in media negotiations, agency commercials and contract best practice.
Eva Landuyt Consultant Partner
With close to 20 years in the media industry, Eva brings a combination of media agency, auditing, and consultancy expertise. Before joining The Aperto Partnership, she spent nearly a decade at MediaSense, where she designed and led the company’s pitch proposition, built the team behind it, and advised global media and procurement leaders on high-stakes strategic decisions.
Eva is an expert in orchestrating complex, multi-market pitch processes, balancing competing stakeholder needs, and helping organisations unlock value and navigate change with confidence.
Mark Heap Consultant Partner
Mark has over 25 years’ experience, including CEO and global board roles with WPP and Omnicom. The majority of his career has been focused on international assignments across APAC and EMEA, providing a practitioner understanding of global, regional and local sensitivities and how to translate them into effective working models.
Having lived and worked internationally for many years, Mark brings first-hand insight into how agencies operate across diverse markets and has worked with many of the world’s leading advertisers. Paul Holman Consultant Partner
Paul has over 20 years of experience across client and agency roles and provides invaluable insight into how both agencies and clients operate. He has worked in three of the media agency networks, Omnicom, GroupM and Havas, providing client leadership on a wide range of categories.
Since joining The Aperto Partnership, Paul has led a large number of UK and multi-market media agency pitches and agency management projects for numerous clients.
David Fenton Consultant Partner
David has over 20 years’ experience working within media agencies. He worked at GroupM’s Mindshare for over 15 years across media planning, buying and commercial operations roles within local and global markets before taking the position of Global Commercial Finance Director.
David is an expert in building commercial relationships focussed on developing growth partnerships, contractual compliance and construction of future facing deliverable–based remuneration models.
Emma Mee Consultant Partner
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in consultancy and media. Being part of the Board of Manning Gottlieb OMD for 10 years, she is experienced in running accounts and teams across a range of categories (Telco, Finance, Film, Travel…)
As Head of Evidence at MGOMD, she set up and led the agency’s data, insight and data planning hub, responsible for delivering best in class media effectiveness strategies and solutions where she became an expert in measurement and marketing effectiveness. Here at The Aperto Partnership she helps clients robustly measure their media activity and apply learnings to drive better business and marketing outcomes.
James Smith Consultant Partner
James has 7 years’ experience within media investment management teams at Omnicom and Dentsu, managing the agency’s contractual commitments to deliver media value and quality across a portfolio of clients, as well as feeding into investment strategy and commercial performance.
His client experience spans large international advertisers as well as household UK brands – giving him an in-depth knowledge of agency value and trading mechanics, price performance methodologies, and PRF mechanisms. Since joining The Aperto Partnership, James has led a number of client-agency relationship management and contract renewal projects.
Holly Todd Consultant Partner
Holly has over 12 years’ media agency account management, client services and planning & buying experience. Agency tenure spans across GroupM, Omnicom, IPG and, prior to The Aperto Partnership, within the full-service VCCP. Her advertiser expertise covers a diverse range of verticals; from leading financial services and telecoms, to charities, gambling, publishing and start-ups.
Since joining The Aperto Partnership, Holly has led many media agency pitches and contract renewal projects, alongside managing the ongoing client-agency relationships on several of Aperto’s retained clients.
Beatriz Silva Consultant Partner
Beatriz joined The Aperto Partnership from the international team at EssenceMediacom, where she was responsible for managing multi-market client accounts, most recently for Mars.
Since joining Aperto she has worked on new business pitches for clients including Merlin Entertainments, Quilter, Sharps, Xero, Starling Bank and De Beers, supporting with project management and agency engagement.
Tim Hargreaves Consultant Partner
Tim has a background in marketing research, in particular within sports rights.
